Идея управления залогом
Практика предоставления залога в обмен на ссуду уже давно является частью кредитного процесса между предприятиями. По мере того, как все больше организаций обращаются за кредитом, а также с внедрением новых технологий, объем управления залоговым обеспечением расширился. Возросшие риски в области финансов побудили заемщиков к большей ответственности, и целью управления обеспечением является обеспечение минимально возможных рисков для вовлеченных сторон.

После того, как новый клиент идентифицируется отдел продаж, основной кредитный анализ этого клиента осуществляется с помощью кредитного анализа команды. Только кредитоспособным клиентам будет разрешено торговать без обеспечения. На следующем этапе стороны проводят переговоры и приходят к соответствующему соглашению. В основных мировых торговых центрах контрагенты преимущественно используют стандарты Приложения кредитной поддержки ISDA (CSA) для обеспечения наличия четких и эффективных контрактов до начала транзакций.
