Работа с подписчиками
Зеленым на дашборде отмечены подписчики, которые купили подписку и ждут добавления в Ваш приватный аккаунт. У Вас есть 48 часов чтобы добавить их или нам придется вернуть им деньги.
Там же, на дашборде, рядом с именем подписчика, Вы можете видеть куда именно он купил доступ. Добавлять подписчиков в соц сети необходимо вручную.
Те, чья подписка уже истекла, будут отмечены красным и их необходимо вручную удалить из приватных аккаунтов. Не забудьте кликнуть на галочку после удаления, чтобы убрать их юзернеймы с дашборда и отправить в список подписчиков, у которых закончилась подписка.
Если Вы не можете найти своего нового подписчика по указанному юзернейму, просто отправьте ему запрос на проверку/исправление кликнув на иконку ‘Неверный юзернейм’. Наша система автоматически отправит ему запрос на редактирование, и как только запрос будет выполнен, юзернейм обновится и на дашборде.
Очень важно регулярно проверять дашборд, так как это основной источник информации о подписчиках!

История

Your profile is your face on FanCentro and what your future subscribers will see while searching through our directory. Make sure to use high quality photos in order to show your fans what you have in store for them.
If you want to be featured in our Directory so that fans can find you there, your profile must comply with our Directory Approval guidelines. Basically, no nudity or sexually suggestive content should be present on your profile photos.
The next step is setting up your Profile description. Your description should clearly convey which content you are going to make and what fans should expect from their subscription. Make sure to describe all of your activities and add as much information as possible in your bio and stats. This will help subscribers find you in the FanCentro Directory by using keywords and filters.
Additionally, filling in all of your Social Media links will help you to gain more followers and build a trusted relationship with your fans while also promoting your FanCentro profile.
Subscription offers and Perks
With our new subscription offers system, you can essentially sell access to almost anything through Perks. Perks are basically the features you’re providing to fans for their subscription, meaning it can either be a subscription to your private Social accounts, your Fancentro Feed, bonus content like custom videos or photosets and many more! Interested? Then let’s get into some of those features we’ve mentioned earlier.
Feed is a feature that allows you to sell exclusive subscriptions to the content posted directly to your FanCentro profile.

Our platform also allows you to apply different sales boosting techniques like discounts and cancellation offers. Discounts can be either permanent or offered for a limited time. The discount amount, as well as the duration of the offer, can be changed by marking the checkbox in the offer menu.
Retention offer is applied when one of your subscribers decides to end their subscription. They will be offered the option to re-subscribe with this additional discount:

Managing your subscribers
Once you have enabled the offers, you will start seeing fans buying subscriptions to your profile. How do you manage all of those subscribers? The answer is – on your Dashboard!
A Dashboard is a powerful tool that allows you to manage your subscribers as well as monitor essential information pertained to your profile. Let’s get through the basics of using the Dashboard:
On the Dashboard, you will see updates about new subscribers to your profile. Green subscribers are the ones who just bought your subscription and are pending to be added to your premium Social account. You have 48 hours to add your subscribers to your premium Social account, otherwise, they will be refunded to avoid chargebacks.
When you have added a subscriber, you need to mark them as added by clicking the check icon next to their username on the Dashboard. Those subscribers will disappear from your dashboard and will be moved to the Active section of your Subscribers list.
If a new subscriber cannot be found by the username on the Dashboard, you can ask them to correct their username by clicking (swiping left on the phone) the “Wrong username” icon. An automatic email will be sent to them and after they correct their username, they will be shown on your Dashboard again with the updated username.
It is very important to monitor your Dashboard regularly and make sure everything is up to date.
In order to keep you notified about the activity on your dashboard, you can enable notifications in the notification center (Me → Notifications). You can choose whether the notifications are sent to your email or your telegram account. You can also customize the frequency of the notifications and which events to notify you about.
What is Telegram? It is a messenger app that allows you to bring the promotion and social game of FanCentro to a new level. You can message other Influencers, receive notifications, and communicate with us directly!

If you regularly add subscribers within 48 hours and provide them with great content, your popularity will grow as well as your next payout.
Awesome! How do I get paid?
In order to receive your payment, you will need to set up your payout method in Account → Payment details.
You can choose between 5 payment methods available on FanCentro. The selection includes Paxum, Wire, Check, ACH (direct deposits), and SEPA. You will receive your payment as you reach the minimum payout amount for each payment method.
You can set your own minimum payout amount, however, we will be able to release the payment as soon as you accumulate the required amount per each method. Below is the minimum payout amount for each method:
After you fill in your payment details, you need to confirm them so that we are able to release your payout according to those details.
We release payments weekly on Tuesdays (in case of major holidays, payouts are made on the next working day after Tuesday).
How is my personal info handled?
We care deeply for the safety and security of your data, so we implemented another layer of protection on your account – Secret password for your payment details. It is worth mentioning that we do not keep the passwords anywhere and only approve changes made to them with additional security measures. This feature was designed and implemented by our team to keep your account and the funds you have earned even more secure.
In order to set up your secret password, please log in to your account, proceed to the section Payment details, and hit the green “View&Edit” button:
Please note that Secret password is NOT your regular password for logging in to your account, they should be different.

What is the 2-week hold?
Each transaction on your account goes through a 2-week hold, meaning that we dock the money to your account for two weeks. This ensures that your account has enough funds to cover possible refunds and chargebacks.
To view the status of your transactions, just go to your Transaction list. There, under the NET amount will be an indicator, which shows if the transaction is on hold or if it was cleared off hold.
Refund – is a procedure of returning money to subscriber initiated either by you or by our billing partner to prevent a chargeback.
