Что такое NFT
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) или невзаимозаменяемые токены – это цифровые криптоактивы, которые представляют уникальный виртуальный или реальный предмет, например, музыкальные треки, предметы искусства или спортивные коллекционные карточки. Именно поэтому NFT являются невзаимозаменяемыми токенами: их нельзя заменить на какой-либо другой цифровой актив, поэтому один токен может оценивать в сотни тысяч, а то и миллионы долларов.
Рынок NFT начал набирать популярность в 2020 году после ажиотажа вокруг DeFi. Хотя первые платформы, на которых любой пользователь может создать самостоятельно или купить невзаимозаменяемые токены, появились еще в 2017 году, когда об этих токенах еще мало кто знал. В чем разница между Fungible и Non-Fungible токенами
Однако с NFT токенами так сделать не получится: они неделимы. Вы не можете продать только одну его часть. Поэтому NFT токен приобретается целиком, и вы не можете заменить его другим токеном. Если вы одалживаете, скажем, одну картину, то вернуть другую не получится – она незаменима.
Невзаимозаменяемые токены и масс-эдопшн
По своей сути криптовалюты не представляют реальной ценности: их курс ни к чему не привязан и ничем не обеспечен. Они служат скорее более продвинутой альтернативой фиатным валютам и традиционным активам, которые подчиняются эмитентам, регуляторам и централизованы по своей природе. Несмотря на это, они становятся все ближе к масс-эдопшену.
С токенами NFT ситуация иная: они представляют реальные активы, которые существуют в цифровом виде. Их ценность зависит от спроса и уникальности авторского произведения, будь-то предмет искусства или интеллектуальная собственность. Но, как и на любых рынках, может возникнуть неподконтрольный ажиотаж, из-за которого предметы будут сильно переоценены, что затрудняет оценку реальной стоимости.

Карточки продаются в формате онлайн-аукциона. Сейчас на сайте Paras больше сотни различных лотов. Карточки продаются как по отдельности, так и целыми коллекциями. Полная коллекция будет ценнее в будущем, чем карточки из нее, купленные по отдельности.
Mintbase
Mintbase – еще одна цифровая блокчейн-платформа для выпуска и обмена невзаимозаменяемых токенов. Но токены, выпущенные на Mintbase, отличаются от большинства токенов, которые чаще всего представляют собой цифровой-арт объект. Mintbase позволяет компаниям выпускать собственные Programmable Reward Tokens на основе стандарта ERC-721, которые называются вещами ( Things ).
Эти токены позволяют компаниям создавать собственную систему поощрения своих клиентов. Изначально платформа поддерживала блокчейн Ethereum, но сейчас пользователи могут протестировать платформу на блокчейне Near Protocol.
