В Silver Screen рассказали, почему при покупке через интернет нельзя отказаться от 3D-очков
Время от времени в редакцию Onliner.by обращаются читатели, возмущенные тем, что при покупке через интернет билетов на 3D-сеанс в кинотеатры Silver Screen они не могут отказаться от приобретения 3D-очков. Ранее представители сети по телефону утверждали, что проблема с покупкой «ненужных» очков должна решиться в декабре 2016 года или в январе 2017-го. На дворе уже середина года, но вопрос так и остался актуальным. И судя по официальной позиции, вряд ли что-то изменится.
Суть проблемы
«Хотелось бы попросить вас разобраться со странной ситуацией в кинотеатре Silver Screen. При покупке через интернет на сеансы с 3D нет возможности отказаться от покупки очков. У меня и у моих друзей их уже складировать можно в отдельном ящике… Я уверен, что львиная доля заказов идет через сайт, и тем самым кинотеатр просто втюхивает зрителям то, что им не нужно. Стоимость очков 2 рубля за каждый билет», — письмо с таким содержанием прислал в редакцию один из читателей.
В пресс-службе Silver Screen журналиста Onliner.by заверили, что «выбранная схема продажи очков никак не связана с желанием кинотеатра получить какую-то дополнительную финансовую выгоду».
Позиция кинотеатра
«Для сети кинотеатров Silver Screen Cinemas на первом месте всегда стоит забота о клиенте и о качестве оказываемых услуг. Ранее кинотеатр предоставлял очки в пользование на время, а не продавал на каждый 3D-сеанс индивидуальные. Это приводило к тому, что зрителю мог попасть аксессуар с царапинами, отпечатками пальцев, разводами на линзах. Некоторые зрители не желали использовать прокатные очки по санитарно-гигиеническим соображениям. Так как нам важно, чтобы нашим гостям всегда было комфортно и ничто не отвлекало от просмотра фильма, мы приняли решение отказаться от прокатных очков. При этом крайне важно отметить, что цена на билет осталась прежней. Т. е. ранее зритель за нынешнюю стоимость билетов получал только услугу просмотра фильма, сегодня за эти деньги он получает и услугу, и очки в личное пользование. Также у него появилась возможность экономить, которой не было ранее: на кассе кинотеатра он может купить билет без очков, захватив с собой свои личные.
Почему возможность сэкономить работает только на кассе? Тоже исключительно из соображений заботы о наших зрителях. Ежедневно мы сталкиваемся с тем, что при покупке билетов в интернете некоторые из зрителей не читают ряд наших обращений к ним, из-за чего случаются казусы: приезд не в тот кинотеатр, покупка не тех мест. Несколько лет опыта работы позволяют нам с высокой долей вероятности заявлять, что при продаже билетов через интернет большой поток зрителей будет приходить на 3D-сеансы без очков. Это создаст еще больше проблем для зрителей и не позволит нам оказать услугу надлежащего качества, что для нас неприемлемо. При покупке же билетов в кассе кинотеатра у нас есть возможность поинтересоваться, есть ли у зрителя очки, и предложить оптимальный для него вариант покупки билета.
Таким образом, смеем вас заверить, что, продавая новые очки на каждый сеанс, кинотеатры Silver Screen Cinemas не получают какой-либо дополнительной финансовой выгоды, а покупка билетов без очков только в кассе кинотеатра позволяет убедиться, что каждый наш зритель сможет насладиться фильмом во всех его красках».
Динамика изменения цен на 3D-сеансы
Ради любопытства мы решили проанализировать ценообразование на билеты в кинотеатрах Silver Screen за год, обратив внимание только на 3D-блокбастеры. Прошлым летом, еще до появления индивидуальных 3D-очков, билет на дневной сеанс «Охотников за привидениями в 3D» оценивался в 6,65 рубля. Октябрьская премьера «Доктора Стрэнджа» обходилась в 7,95 рубля — на этот раз уже с учетом новых очков. Отметим, что стоимость аксессуара указана в размере 3 рублей.
