Travels Time
Каждый человек имеет свои мечты, которые хочет со временем воплотить. Многие мечтают купить жилье в ипотеку, сделать карьеру или создать собственный бизнес, приобрести новый автомобиль, iPhonе, статьи известным. Но этим жизнь не ограничивается. Как купить тур:
1 Выбирайте тур на сайте. Определиться с выбором направления или отеля вам поможет наше интуитивно понятное меню с удобной системой поиска и сортировки. Наш сайт предоставляет информацию от 120 туроператоров и позволяет выбрать наиболее подходящий вариант тура.
2 Никуда не нужно ездить — все оформляется через сайт и по телефону. (Во время вашей поездки в офис выгодный тур может «уйти», при оформлении через сайт — такого не случится). Вопреки различным стереотипам, заполнение документов и оплата через интернет — абсолютно безопасны (например, мы проводим оплату через защищенные порталы Сбербанка и Промсвязьбанка).
3 Вам перезвонит наш менеджер для уточнения деталей и оформления тура. Если вы едете в страну, где нужна виза — расскажем, какие документы необходимы. Если вы в Москве — отправим к вам курьера за документами и поможем с оформлением.
4 По телефону наш менеджер поможет вам окончательно определиться со всеми вопросами. Далее вышлет на почту ссылку для заполнения договора и оплаты. Когда вы оплачиваете тур — деньги сразу не снимаются, они просто блокируются на карте и списываются только в случае окончательного подтверждения тура принимающей стороной.
5 За 2 дня до поездки вы получите все необходимые документы на почту (электронные билеты, ваучер, медицинскую страховку и памятку по стране). Их нужно распечатать и взять с собой. Накануне вылета вам позвонит оператор и напомнит о времени рейса или сообщит, что время вылета поменялось.
6 В любой ситуации вы можете позвонить нашему менеджеру по туризму, и он поможет решить все вопросы. Вы можете рассчитывать на нашу поддержку с самого начала – от оформления заявки на тур – и до возвращения из отпуска.
