tModLoader Guide/NPC Not loading

I have a lot of mods, and I don’t know where to begin, so I’m having issues with a particular NPC showing up. Specifically the guide.
The guide says it shows up, but it doesn’t stay loaded in the map, the way its acting is as if the NPC dies immediately upon spawning.
The only thing I can think of not allowing the guide to spawn is the Antiaris mod, I think, that’s the Mod, that gives you a quest giving NPC, right. (This NPC was killed by a MOD boss, that spawned and kept killing me (I’d say 15 times or more, because it was that persistent)
Now, maybe its also because I have too many mods, and because Terraria is 32 bit, perhaps I can only have 2 NPCs, the enemy quest giver (I believe you rescue him from a slime), and the Merchant, the only reason I doubt its the lack of ram that the game cannot access (32 bit after all), is that the guide didn’t show up when it was supposed to, and then the merchant showed up.
I just can’t tell, why the guide isn’t showing up or even the guy that gives you quests after you dig him out (Demon Wing quest).
If the Antiaris Mod DOES not prevent NPCs or does not conflict with most content mods then I can tell you the other mods I have installed, in case one of them is broken and not updated properly.
But I want to start with the Antiaris mod FIRST because of the content mods I have, its the one that is considered the most «unique» of the mods if I remember, since the others shouldn’t conflict with each other (unless a mod broke during an upgrade either Tmodloader or the actual mod itself).
If however YOU do know of any popular content mods that are broken and don’t allow the guide to spawn properly, I’ll see if I have that mod in my list. In the mean time, assuming my NPCs aren’t locked out because of the constantly spawning and despawning guide, I’ll try and play and see if anything else will spawn, and that will determine if the guide is specifically broken or I have too many mods on and I’m running out of memory, that its just failing to load the NPC.
To be clear, there was only a couple extra mods since the last time, I played with a lot of mods (just maybe 2 content mods from map creation perspective), and I was able to make a large map, but for some reason, probably due to heavy mod updates, I wasn’t able to make a large map with the mods available, and I had to make a medium sized map, so I would be very concerned if I was just simply running out of memory.
Terraria really needs be 64 bit badly, though I suppose, I could just create a large VANILLA map and re-activate all the mods, so that only enemies, bosses, items will spawn, but I kind of like the idea of having a ton of mods to work with from the start.
Edit: Nurse actually showed, so it seems like it might just be the guide

Well what happened was, I had the adventurer guy (the one with 12 demon wings) quest, the one I had to dig out of the snow on top of map generated house with the shovel which was right next to the house. Then I killed Pinkzor (played and checked the name of the NPC carrying boss), defeated Pinkzor, got the guy that gives you quests.
Then because I stupidly triggered it the forest’s vengeance appeared, going through walls, being faster than my character with no health boosts and literally 0 armor, and I died at least 15 if not more, because it wouldn’t stay away from my base, until I managed to get it stuck.
But during these 15 deaths, the adventurer died, and even though I have plenty of NPC housing, the adventurer guide has NOT yet spawned back.
But all this time (with the Merchant coming in, and later the nurse actually appearing in), I’ve had issues with the guide spawning.
It would say «Logan the guide has appeared» but Logan was nowhere to be found, and the NPC icon of this guide didn’t show up in the NPCs, then later on «Paul the guide has appeared» again NPC wasn’t shown nor was the NPC icon seen in the NPC menu.
I’ve been having this issue of the guide TRYING to spawn in, but he can’t, either because of a mod conflict of some kind (like Antiaris) or some other mod, that’s broken because of updates, or maybe a mod completely removed the guide from actually showing up
And the spawning of the guide has seemed to completely prevented (even though the nurse managed to pop in somehow) any other NPC to show up, because all its trying to do is spawn the guide, who actually won’t show up. And for clarification purposes I don’t even get a death notification like (Logan the guide died) or something of that nature.
The game is trying to spawn the guide but can’t actually spawn him in for some unknown reason and is just preventing other NPCs.
I am trying to see if I can’t use the mod I have that allows for NPCs summoning potions, and seeing if maybe that’ll force the NPC to actually show up. Or if people know of a way to get the adventurer guy back or FORCE the guide NPC into the game, to see if I can see what the issue is, maybe NPCs can start showing up and I can really get this modded adventure rolling.
For further clarification- I have NPC housing, even the starting map generated house is suitable, and still no guide (which shouldn’t be spawning anywhere else unless somewhere else has map generated housing available, but I would assume if my guide was instantly dying upon being summoned it would be mentioned in the notifications (or at the least available in the NPC menu the moment they «appear» to try and force a housing change for spawning purposes).

I think you ignored my point, since you are using the Antiaris mod the guide will not spawn in naturally, you have to actually FIND him in a broken house (context). Summoning potions for the guide wont work either (I’ve tried it before because I’ve also had this ‘issue’ happen to me), you also aren’t specifying whether or not you’ve located the guide’s house. Yet again, I will tell you that if you have the Calamity Mod enabled then the guide’s broken house could spawn on one of the planetoids (in my playthrough it spawned on the main one).
As for your adventurer npc issue, I really have no clue. Maybe just wait a while to see if he moves in.
tl;dr: your guide spawns in a house generated by the world due to the Antiaris mod, you have to find that house and interact with the unconscious guide in order to get him to ‘move in’.

I’m not ignoring your point, you’re just not specifying that you constantly get «guide has appeared» messages BLOCKING other NPCs (primarily) from showing up until you actually find the guide NPC and that way the guide will properly spawn on the map or allow you to relocate him.
That’s what the issue is, the guide keeps SPAWNING preventing OTHER spawns from other NPCs, because every time an NPC spawns its usually the guide, I don’t even know how the nurse managed to spawn in. So unless NPCs have completely different spawn methods, I should’ve at least gotten the demolitionist and maybe the Elf as well.
So yes, fine, I’ll look for the guide that’s unconscious because its obviously not the guy I dug out of snow (thank you for the clarification), I’ll find that house/building or whatever it is, but I don’t know why its mostly preventing other NPCs from spawning, maybe my adventurer would respawn if the guide exist.
So at least thank you for at LEAST one solution to my problem, I will check it out and probably report back. Which is unfortunate that I have to focus on the guide NPC (wherever the hell he is at) to allow other NPCs to spawn in the map because all it wants to do is spawn the guide.
