Почему акции могут вырасти: основные драйверы здесь те же, что и в смежной идее о производителях сельхозтехники. Высокая конкуренция с зарубежными производителями и финансовые затруднения американских фермеров испортили сельскохозяйственный сезон в США — это должно негативно сказаться на продажах компаний, спрос на продукцию которых идет как раз со стороны фермерства. А неурожай должен спровоцировать рост цен на сельскохозяйственную продукцию и простимулировать фермеров восстановить свои объемы до прежнего уровня — а это означает закупку удобрений и рост прибыли у их производителей в будущем.

Чем занимаются компании
Mosaic — один из крупнейших производителей фосфата и углекислого калия (поташа) в мире. Зарубежные продажи дают компании 40—45% выручки.
CF Industries Holdings производит разного рода удобрения, в частности аммонийные удобрения, карбамид. В Северной Америке компания получает 20% выручки.
Почему акции производителей удобрений должны упасть
В итоге: испорченный урожай, невыполненные планы и, как следствие, увеличение нагрузки на фермерское сообщество США, финансовое здоровье которого и так находится в очень плохом состоянии.
Я считаю, что этот квартал для производителей удобрений выйдет плохим и это должно будет сказаться на котировках.
Почему продажи в дальнейшем могут вырасти
Цены на продукцию фермеров должны вырасти. Неурожай ведет к тому, что цены на сельскохозяйственную продукцию через какое-то время растут. В итоге фермеры возобновят свою активность, а это значит, что мы сможем купить акции производителей удобрений «на дне» в ожидании лучших результатов в новом сезоне.
В целом соображения те же, что и в идее про сельхозтехнику, но с важным позитивным отличием: технику даже в лучших обстоятельствах могут покупать не очень хорошо из-за дороговизны, сложной финансовой ситуации, наличия приемлемых альтернатив на вторичном рынке. А вот с семенами и удобрениями ситуация иная — поэтому улучшение индекса настроений среди фермеров и зафиксированное восстановление их активности в течение квартала практически гарантирует рост продаж производителям семян.
На фоне новостей о падении урожайности в США начали расти цены на сельскохозяйственную продукцию. Если этот рост окажется устойчивым, то в следующем квартале производителей удобрений будут ждать хорошие продажи, потому что увеличение стоимости сельхозпродукции простимулирует фермеров восстановить производительность до прежнего уровня.
Риск: коллапс сельского хозяйства в США
Почти половину всей госпомощи США в этом году получили 10% фермерских хозяйств — самые крупные. Из-за этого вероятен риск массовых банкротств мелких фермерских хозяйств. Массовые банкротства могут привести к изменению баланса сил на рынке.
Понятно, пустовать земли не будут: их быстро займут крупные холдинги. Но в перспективе у более крупных покупателей будет довольно сильная позиция в переговорах с продавцами: например, они смогут выбивать для себя щедрые скидки. Иными словами, для производителей удобрений гораздо более выгодно иметь много мелких покупателей вместо меньшего количества крупных.
Что в итоге
Как и с идеей о производителях сельхозтехники, нужно дождаться результатов текущего квартала и восстановления активности американских фермерских хозяйств — то есть падения котировок и роста спроса на продукцию наших эмитентов.

Mosaic is a pain in the ass that has been forced by the government onto their citizens. I already own the English hardcopy for Evencil 1 and I will not support a mosaic version. Despite that I have no problem if they offer an option to turn mosaic on/off in the game. As a side note, Frontwing had to learn it the hard way and now releases their stuff mosaic free in the west.

Exactly, that’s why everyone should just learn japanese instead. Putting english text instead of japanese is censhorship and completely different experience.

Censorship is dependent on the reason why the change occurred, politics, morality, outside pressure. The original game with mosaics is the censored version, censored for legal reasons that are a combination of politics and morals. They aren’t using mosaics for artistic reasons.

Every 18+ game in Japan is censored because the law said so. I believe if that law not exist they ‘d sell game without mosaic. censored cause money you know.
Now they want to sell it outside Japan then no need for censorship.

Веб в то время был преимущественно текстовым. Если кто-то хотел добавить картинку, аудио или видео, то это делали в виде ссылок: нужно было перейти по ней, чтобы открыть в новом окне. Команда студентов из Национального центра суперкомпьютерных приложений Иллинойского университета решила, что это неудобно и выпустила первый браузер, который мог показывать мультимедиа прямо на html-странице.
Это был серьёзный шаг для веба в те времена, гипертекст стал не просто документом, а чем-то более похожим на журнал с графическим оформлением.

Mosaic removal
There is no way to remove it. Think about it logically. You have a file and it has parts censored in it, so the file is a movie with censored portions. That is how the movie IS. How would anyone be able to remove the consored bits?
What you need to do is find original material without consored parts!
Actually, the mosaic effect is normally achieved through one of several methods.
1) Pixel mosaic effect.
This is un-reversable, and destructive. It takes an average of say 10×10 or 20×20 pixels, and makes one large pixel from it. You can “interpolate” a rough image from it, but the data is lost forever.
2) Flip or Spin
This is where groups of pixels have been rotated or flipped to give the appearance of a jumbled mess.
This jumble can be un-done if you know the sequence. The sequence is normally defined by a phrase typed into the “mosaic” program.
3) Colour alteration
As with 2, the colours are altered based on a phrase. This too can be reversed.
4) A combination of 2 and 3.
Again requires the key phrase to reverse.
BUT. The one problem with all these methods is that they are designed for stills, not motion pics. MPG, DivX and other destructive compression algorythms destroy the encoded data to the point that even if you know how it was encoded, and have the phrase, theres very little left to recover anyway. With JPG images, its less of a problem, as JPG retains the detail quite well, and the images are generally much higer res.

I have also just viewed movies that have been demosaic’ed. There is a distinct border where the mosaic had been.
